Hiring and Recruitment Process

 

In general, the hiring procedure shall be as follows:

  1. An application letter, updated resume, and credentials shall be submitted to the Office of the Human Resources Development Department for screening purpose, initial interview was conducted by the HRD Department.
  2. The qualified applicants shall be given a personality and intelligence test administer by the Guidance Office.
  3. Short-listed applicant will be interviewed by the Department Head/Manager.
  4. If he/she passed the Department Head’s interview, the Human Resources Development Department will conduct a background investigation.
  5. If the result of background investigation is acceptable, the applicant shall be given pre-employment requirement and undergo medical and physical examination.
  6. The applicant shall then proceed to the HRDD for employment orientation and contract signing.

 

For Faculty Member

  1. An application letter and updated resume shall be submitted to the Office of the Human Resources Development Department for screening purpose (pre-qualifier should match the CHED requirements), initial interview was conducted by the HRD Department.
  2. The qualified applicants shall be given a personality and intelligence test administer by the Guidance Office.
  3. The Human Resources Department will conduct background check before scheduling for another interview.
  4. After the background check, the College Dean will interview applicant.
  5. If acceptable, endorses the applicant for a teaching demo. A selection committee—composed of the College Dean, Faculty Coordinator, or full-time faculty member of the program—witnesses the demonstration.
  6. Applicant is required to submit his credentials/documents for ranking purposes.
  7. The HRD Department conveys the decision to the applicant.
  8. The applicant shall be given pre-employment requirement and undergo medical and physical examination.
  9. Applicant shall be given a teaching load.
  10. The applicant shall then proceed to the HRD Department for employment orientation and contract signing.

 

Documentary Requirements for MMC-CAST Qualified Applicant

The following are the general documentary requirements for an MMC-CAST applicant:

  1. Application Letter addressed to the Human Resources Development Department
  2. A duly accomplished Employee Information Sheet (MMC-CAST Application Form)
  3. Certified true copy of birth certificate.
  4. Certified true copy of the Transcript of Records
  5. Certified true copy of the Board Examination Result
  6. Certified true copy of the PRC License Card
  7. Certified true copy of the Board Examination Result/Civil Service/LET/PBET (Liberal Arts)
  8. Certificate of Seminars / Trainings Attended
  9. Certificate of Employment from previous employers.
  10. Tax Identification Number
  11. SSS Number
  12. NBI Clearance
  13. Certification of Membership to any accredited national associations.
  14. Two (2) pieces 2 x 2 colored pictures (recently taken).
  15. Other credentials/documents for ranking purposes.
